Lawyers Letter (legal protection of the training and status of the dog).

With the PSDeurope Lawyers Letter you will receive an official document signed by our lawyer confirming the legal status of the training, of your dog and of yourself. In the letter there is a request to accept the dog as an assistance dog according to CEN/TC 452 and Article 20 of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights.

It is also pointed out that such a refusal may well have serious legal consequences.

This letter has been prepared by our lawyer to point out that the submission of the PSDeurope documents is quite a serious matter.
